Trina: an AI assistant that runs Teachrity operations from a chat
Trina is Teachrity's AI assistant for data and operations. Faculty and administrators ask in a chat, such as assign this simulation to Section B or who has not attempted it, and Trina assigns, checks progress and builds reports, so no new dashboard needs learning.
Why a chat
Most faculty will not learn another dashboard. A chat they can type or speak into removes that barrier, and means the platform is used in the first week, not the third month.
Assign and check
Faculty ask for an assignment to be set for a class, and ask who has finished, who is stuck and how a section is scoring.
Reports and insights
Admins ask for a progress report, a cohort comparison or a list of students needing attention, and get it without exporting spreadsheets.
Control stays with people
Trina carries out routine operations. Grades, interventions and decisions about students remain with faculty.
Examples of what to ask
Assign the negotiation simulation to Section B by Friday. Show students below 50 percent in the last assignment. Compare Section A and B. These are plain requests and need no menu to find.
Sample exchange
