Run a Teachrity pilot: evidence, analytics and procurement

A Teachrity pilot starts with one cohort, a baseline and a faculty-approved scenario set. Dashboards then show participation, repeated attempts and rubric movement. This page gives programme owners and procurement teams the pilot steps, the evidence to collect and the questions to ask any vendor.

Choose one cohort and a baseline

Define the skill, the learners and how they perform today. A short baseline task, scored by faculty, lets later gains be compared fairly.

Approve the scenario and rubric

The subject owner signs off on the situation and criteria. A small group practises first, and faculty review a sample of recordings and feedback.

Track what matters

Participation, repeat attempts, recurring errors and rubric movement by criterion, shown in cohort dashboards for faculty, placement directors and L&D heads. Where possible check transfer in a separate supervised task.

Decide on rollout

Use the findings to change scenarios, languages or schedule, then widen. Pilots cost less when the decision rule is agreed at the start.

Procurement checklist

Ask any vendor about data roles, consent, retention, language support, accessibility, rubric control, human override, integration, reporting exports and support. We answer these in writing for RFPs.

A buyer is choosing between providers and wants to know whether demos reflect real learner needs.

AI Training Pilot Implementation Plan

A pilot has finished and leaders want to expand despite mixed participation and feedback.

Training Effectiveness Measurement For Role Play

A programme leader wants to show whether practice is improving a specific observable behaviour.

Frequently asked questions

How long should a pilot run?+

Long enough for several practice attempts per learner, commonly four to eight weeks for a campus cohort and 30 to 90 days for a sales territory.

What does faculty workload look like?+

Faculty review samples and exceptions instead of listening to every attempt, which keeps oral practice possible at scale.

Can you respond to an RFP?+

Yes. We provide written responses on security, data protection, integration, pricing and support.

Teachrity supports practice and evidence. Consequential decisions, such as grades, certification or hiring, stay with accountable people at the institution or employer.
