Assessment
Proctored AI assessment: identity checks, integrity reports and evidence
When a session counts toward a grade, institutions need to know who took it and how. Teachrity's proctoring checks identity once per profile, detects mobile phones, lets the institute end a session or apply a negative mark, and produces an integrity report with screenshots, visible as pass or fail on the dashboard.
Identity
The same person can take a graded session only once per profile, which prevents one student sitting for another or duplicating attempts.
Phone detection
The system flags mobile phone use during the session. The institute chooses what happens: end the session abruptly or apply a negative mark.
Evidence report
Each proctored session produces an integrity report with screenshots of the user, so a disputed result can be reviewed with something concrete in hand.
Dashboard view
Integrity pass or fail shows at dashboard level, so a programme head sees at a glance which sessions are clean and which need review.
Practice mode versus assessment mode
Most sessions stay open and unproctored, so students practise without pressure. Proctoring is switched on only for sessions that count, which keeps trust high in practice and rigour in assessment.

Frequently asked questions
Is proctoring on for every session?+
No. Institutions choose which sessions are proctored, for example graded or internal-assessment sessions.
Who decides on a flagged session?+
A person at the institution reviews the evidence. The system flags, it does not decide.
Is student data used to train models?+
No. Teachrity does not train on student data and does not sell it.
Can students see the integrity report?+
That is the institution's policy choice.
